About Us

Sean Doyle is a lawyer, consulting psychologist and poet.

For almost 20 years in his work as a lawyer, Sean has advised and counseled army generals, government officials, and senior business executives in a wide range of companies that include multi-billion dollar global operations and new technology startups. He is currently responsible the strategic initiatives and complex business negotiations for an S&P 500 health care corporation.

In addition to being a lawyer, Sean is a consulting psychologist, having done his specific research in the areas of attorney engagement, organizational thriving and individual well-being. Sean teaches Positive Psychology at North Carolina State University, and has been a visiting scholar or guest lecturer at several schools including the University of Pennsylvania, Duke University School of Law, the North Carolina School of Law School, and James Madison University. Sean has advised numerous individuals and groups on issues of well-being, including army drill sergeants, a multi-billion dollar health care company, CPAs firms, foreign governments and a major global law firm.

An accomplished story-teller and practitioner of poetry, Sean draws upon his diverse background to connect-the-dots between the needs of your business, and the strengths and virtues of your employees. A father of three, Sean did his undergraduate work in philosophy at Rutgers, earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola School of Law, and his Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania
